Chapter 1.1

Well, it was super nice to have a husband that loved me. Harry adored me, it was obvious. It was also very nice that he helped clean the house. What wasn't so nice was his addiction to video games, especially when he chose to use my computer to play them. I had a book to write. How was I to do that when he was goofing off half the day? Oh never mind. I'm just getting hormonal again.

Hormonal you ask? Yes. I'm pregnant. A fact which seems to please Harry but not move him to give me any massages. Oh well.

Harry became an adult soon after we bought a baby swing and teddy bear, and the very next day as I was at the library reading a book on expecting mothers, I went into labor. Oh boy did that hurt a whole lot worse than the book said. Stupid book.

All the pain and agony was well worth it though when little Benita Star came home in my arms. Isn't she darling? She is so brave and I can just tell that she'll be artistic just like me. Harry missed the whole thing though. He fell asleep back at home. Silly man. I still love him though.
